Orchestra Member Information

Robin Zeh

Violinist Robin Zeh maintains an active and diverse schedule as a performing artist in the New York City area and abroad. She has appeared as soloist with the Bronx Symphony, Centre Symphony, Greenwich Village Orchestra, New York Repertory Orchestra, Hunterdon (NJ) Symphony and with the Jose Limon Dance Company. As chamber musician she has participated in the World Bank Mozart Festival in Washington, D.C., the Adelaide Festival in Australia, the Central Vermont Chamber Music Festival, and the Bargemusic series in New York as a member of the Kinor Quartet. She also performs regularly with the Orchestra of St. Luke’s and American Ballet Theatre and has participated in the summer festivals of Caramoor, Music Festival of the Hamptons, Schleswig-Holstein, and Tanglewood.

Ms. Zeh earned a double degree in English and Performance at Oberlin College and completed her Master’s Degree at the Mannes College of Music where she was winner of the Concerto Competition and one of the last students to work with the renowned teacher Felix Galimir. She has been broadcast on the McGraw-Hill “Young Artists’ Showcase” on WQXR and is a three-time recipient of an Arthur Foundation Grant. Her other teachers include Greg Fulkerson, Ani Kavafian, Joey Corpus, and Pamela Frank. She resides in New York City and performs on a 1998 Charles Rufino violin.
